AM BLOGGING THIS
cause my sister told me not to.

My dearest sister had not been going for soccer training for close to a year.
Her knee is so weak that she almost fell down while walking the steps of the overhead bridge.
She was so convince to run that she ran in the middle of the night.
However, it doesn't really help by running just once in a blue moon okay.
Her legs are still as weak.
She just fell over her bed and shes' proud that her muscles look so fake and soft now.

Hello girl, is time for gymming!
